Promotions

Promotions may differ from local store.
Quantity of promotion items are mentioned as "Number per customer". Please do not add more than the limited quantity.
Promotions end on stated date or until out of stock.

Shipping Information

We ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii with differing rates).

We offer free FedEx Ground Shipping for orders of $100 or more. The exceptions are as follows: Alaska and Hawaii are considered outside the continental United States, so they will be subject to differing rates.

Free shipping for orders of $100 or more only applies within the contiguous U.S.

Domestic (Contiguous U.S.) orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days.

We now ship to the the state of Alaska. Available shipping methods are regular Home & Ground, 2Day Express, and Overnight (Metro area only) from FedEx. Rates differ from domestic (contiguous U.S.) rates.

We DO NOT ship to a PO Box address. Please provide a deliverable physical address.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking #'s once the item has shipped (usually within 48 hours).

Your card will be charged when we ship your order. PayPal payments are processed immediately.

Order processes end at 3 PM every working business day. All orders after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order processing may take up to one full business day.

In-Store Pickup

A shipping method of In-Store Pickup is for picking up your order at our local shop located at:

You must bring your I.D. matching the name on the order, and the person on the order must come to pick up. Also, you must bring the printed email of the order confirmation page.

Refunds, Exchanges, Lost Shipments, and Merchant Policies

If you'd like a refund or exchange for items that have not been opened and are in original condition, please fill out this form and send it along with the package.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

Please complete the return form in detail. We will send a return shipping label upon return/exchange approval.

When exchanging for a different item, we recommend making a refund, and then submitting another order for the new item.

A restocking fee of 15% of purchased product may be charged for refund or exchange.

Taxes

We are based in New Jersey, and we are required to collect a sales tax of 7% for orders shipping to a New Jersey address.
